If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund at the price you paid. However the original delivery and any return/collection costs will still be payable by the customer.
If the goals have been removed from their packaging and either part or fully built we reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be made in the same manner of the original payment up to 5 working days after receipt of the return.
MH Goals Ltd must approve all returns before their return or your request for MH Goals Ltd to arrange the collection.
If an error has been made by MH Goals Ltd we will pay the cost of returning the goods if you returned them to us. Any goods returned as defective or damaged will be checked by us, if we find there is no fault then we reserve the right to recharge you and recover our fees and expenses.
